Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage the software development lifecycle for our BVLOS flight control and CRM SaaS solutions
– Implement and refine software development management methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, and project delivery
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and engineering to ensure seamless project execution
– Mentor, guide, and develop the software development team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
– Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and DO178C guidelines
– Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in drone technology, AI, and deep learning
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
– Proven experience in software development management, preferably within the drone, AI, or technology sectors
– Strong understanding of software development management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Lean)
– Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and deep learning concepts and technologies
– Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to multitask and adapt to rapidly changing environments
