Who are we?
At Airbridge Global, we are at the forefront of a delivery revolution. Harnessing the power of drones, we
specialise in autonomous infrastructure for direct-to-end-user delivery for sectors from healthcare to retail.
We are registered as Aujla Business Systems Ltd, and trade as ABS IT Services, we are registered in England
& Wales No. 3017283.

What personal data do we collect?
In order to receive or use services on Airbridge Global you may be asked to submit personal information
about yourself by entering your details in the form fields requested. This will include your name, contact and
email addresses, telephone number(s). This will enable us to provide you with the information you need and
make contact with you.
You may also be given the opportunity to opt-in to marketing communications, so that we can inform you of
special offers, and good deals and (with your separate consent) for market research purposes to improve our
products and services. IF this happens, it will be explicit and optional, and will only happen if you choose to
opt-in to these communications.
We do not collect any information from you that GDPR classes as ‘sensitive’ or ‘special category’ data. We do
not conduct business with anyone under the age of 18.

How do we use your personal data?
Whenever you provide personal information, we will treat that information in accordance with this Privacy
Notice and the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA) and General Data Protection Regulation 2016 (GDPR). We
have to collect the information fairly, and to let you know how we will use it and whether we will pass the
information on to anyone else. We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as you use
the service you have requested, and to fulfil our legal responsibilities, and then remove it once that purpose
has been met.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure and, in order to prevent unauthorised access
or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and
secure the information we collect online.

Who do we share your personal data with?
Airbridge Global operate their business from four locations – our head office in Farnborough, UK, and our
subsidiary offices in Vienna – Austria, Goa – India and Lviv – Ukraine (addresses and company details are on
our website). Your data will always be stored in the UK, and will not leave it, but technical staff in other
countries may have remote access to it. Barring legal obligation, we will not share or disclose your data with
any other third-party without first obtaining your consent. This includes your information on mailing lists and
marketing if you choose to opt into those features.

Technical Information
During the course of any visit to the Airbridge Global, the pages which you see, are downloaded to your
computer – this happens for all browsers, it is how they view websites. You will also receive a notification
asking for your consent to install a ‘cookie’ to your viewing device. Most, websites do this, and that is because
cookies allow the web site to do useful things like find out whether the computer (and probably you, its user)
has visited the website before and re-use any preferences that you set. Any information that is supplied by
cookies can help us to provide you with a better service and assists us to analyse the profile of you our visitor.
The Cookie set by Airbridge Global can only be read by the same website and will not expose you to any
security risks. Cookies in themselves do not identify the individual user, just the computer used. This is
perfectly safe and does not affect the performance of your computer in any way. We may also also collect
technical information such as IP addresses for security and anti-fraud purposes.
